Return Policy

-Modern Opus reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Online and  in-Store prices might vary.

-All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving order.

-All returned packages must be received by ModernOpus within 30 days of your order's original shipment date.

-No refunds after 30 days of purchase. 

-If you are returning damaged merchandise please send pictures to modernopusfashion@gmail.com

-A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.

-The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.

-ModernOpus will cover shipping costs for any damaged merchandise.

-ModernOpus is not responsible for lost packages if customers don’t requiere insurance for package. 

-Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned package.

-Refunds will be issued via credit card (if paid by card or PayPal) if paid by cash then refund will be issue via store credit.
